A new interface is useful only if the information behind it is dependable. We review your APIs, data sources and access requirements, then decide whether to extend an existing system or build a focused application alongside it.

AI can assist with search, extraction or drafting. Business rules, authorization and consequential actions remain explicit, with review steps where the workflow requires them.

Delivery

Start with one process you can measure.

A small first scope makes the project easier to evaluate: one team, one workflow and agreed acceptance criteria. We can compare completion time, manual steps or error rates using a baseline you provide.

You work directly with Omid Bicker. The proposal defines the deliverables, deployment, access, documentation and handover, plus any ongoing maintenance agreement.

Questions before starting.

Should we use an existing tool or build a custom one?

If an existing product covers the workflow and fits your requirements, it may be the better choice. Custom development makes sense when the process, integrations or access rules need behavior that available tools cannot provide economically.

Do internal tools have to include AI?

No. A clear interface and dependable workflow can solve the problem without AI. We add AI only for tasks with an identifiable benefit, such as searching documents or extracting fields.

Can you connect to our CRM, ERP or databases?

We assess the available APIs, authentication and data-access rules first. Integration scope and constraints depend on your actual systems, so they are defined before implementation.

What will the project cost?

The proposal depends on the workflow, integrations, number of user roles and operational requirements. We define a useful first release before estimating the development work, hosting and any recurring model costs.

Who maintains the tool after launch?

We agree on deployment, documentation, handover and support in the proposal. Ongoing maintenance can be scoped separately; it is not assumed to be included indefinitely.
