An AI application needs more than a prompt. It needs a useful workflow, reliable data access and a clear way for people to review results. Sano Studio develops the frontend, backend and AI integration around that workflow.

Possible projects include an assistant that finds answers in approved company documents, a document review application, or AI features inside an existing product. These are examples of project scopes, not client case studies.

Engineering

Decide what the AI may do.

We define which data the application can access, which users can see it and which actions need approval. Model output is tested against representative tasks before we rely on it.

Hosting, model providers, logging and retention are chosen for the project. If your requirements include German hosting or sensitive documents, we examine the actual data flow and provider terms before choosing an architecture.

Working together

A clear first release. Direct access to the builder.

You work directly with Omid Bicker, founder and engineer. We start with one useful workflow and agree on what the first version should do, how success will be measured and what will be delivered.

The scope can include source code, setup instructions, deployment and a handover. Ownership, usage rights and support are agreed in the project proposal rather than left implicit.

Questions before starting.

How much does a custom AI application cost?

Cost depends on the workflow, integrations, data preparation, interface and reliability requirements. After an initial discussion, we define a bounded first release and a project-specific proposal. Model usage and hosting costs are considered separately from development.

How long does development take?

A prototype and a production application have different scopes. We agree on milestones after reviewing your systems, data and acceptance criteria; there is no universal delivery time for every application.

Can you extend our existing application?

Yes. We can assess an existing codebase and add AI features or a separate interface connected through APIs. The first step is checking the architecture, access rules and integration boundaries.

Do we need AI for every part of the workflow?

No. Deterministic software is often the right choice for validation, approvals and business rules. We use AI for tasks where it adds value and keep the rest explicit and testable.

Can an application use German-hosted models?

That can be a project requirement. We assess model availability, contracts and the full data flow for the intended use. Hosting location alone does not establish legal compliance.
